This premium composition enables them to withstand prolonged seawater corrosion and sunlight exposure, while boasting exceptional abrasion resistance and durability.
Equipped with integral cross-winding technology, their impact strength is twice that of traditionally manufactured alternatives. Complemented by precision vulcanization, they offer superior flexibility for versatile applications. Fitted with stainless steel flanges, these rubber balls can be secured using marine polymer ropes or chains—delivering 10 times the rust resistance of conventional metal flanges.
Inflated with inert nitrogen (a moisture-free alternative to air), they eliminate temperature-induced expansion and contraction, ensuring explosion-proof safety in diverse environments.
